• Happen that in 2017 an underdeveloped county, Venezuela, Petroleum sales changes of owners. 

• Happen that old owners fight to recover the Petroleum cake with inside and outside strengths . 

• Happen that until now ( july 9, 2017 ) more then one hundred persons have died in the protest and number increase. hunger , sickness and unemployment is starting to cover the country. 

• Happen that possible solution, DIALOGUE, is every day far to reach, if not confrontation or intervention. 

• Happen that many persons specially youthfulness is leaving the country. 

• Happen that PETROLEUM is the center of the world problem and the injust distribution of richness. 

• Happen that Goverment call for a new Constitution for July 30 and Oposition dont want it. 

• Happen that Oposition call for a Plesbicito ,Government say it is illegally. 

• Happen that if a New constitution win Venezuela will have a new system SOCIALISM. 

• Happen that this month ( july,2017) may start a Civil war. 

• Happpen that Venezuelan ask what will be the future.
